§1 General Provisions

1. These terms and conditions govern the use of the online store located at: www.rezultado.shop, operated by:

3. The products available in the store are not intended for human or animal consumption, nor for diagnostic, therapeutic, or any other form of consumption.
4. By making a purchase, the Customer confirms that they have the appropriate knowledge and competence to safely handle the ordered substances.
5. The store is not responsible for any misuse of the products, nor for the consequences of their improper storage, use, or disposal by the Customer.
6. Using the store constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

§2 Placing Orders

1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the store’s website.
2. To place an order, the Customer selects the product of interest, specifies the quantity, and completes the order form.
3. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product within the meaning of civil law.
4. After placing the order, the Customer receives an email confirming its acceptance.
5. The Store reserves the right to verify the Customer’s details and refuse to process the order without providing a reason – particularly in the event of reasonable suspicion of misuse of the products.

§3 Prices and Payments

1. All prices listed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT), expressed in euros (EUR), unless otherwise stated.
2. The Store offers the following payment methods:

   3. Electronic payment systems (e.g., Stripe, Revolut, etc.)
3. The Store reserves the right to change product prices, introduce promotions, and cancel them.

§4 Delivery

1. Delivery is available within the European Union. Order processing time is up to 3 business days from receipt of payment.
   Shipping costs are provided during order placement and depend on the shipping method.
   The store is not responsible for delays resulting from courier companies or customs offices.

§5 Limitation of Liability

1. All products sold in the store are intended solely for scientific research, analytical, or educational purposes.
2. The products may not be used as dietary supplements, medicinal products, cosmetics, or any products intended for personal use.
3. The customer declares that they are aware of the legal restrictions and potential risks associated with the ordered substances.
4. The store is not liable for damages resulting from improper or inappropriate use of the products, including violations of local laws by the customer.
5. The store reserves the right to refuse to sell certain substances without providing a reason.

§6 Withdrawal from the contract

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. Withdrawal from the contract is not possible in the case of tampered, unsealed, or opened products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send a written statement by email to: contact@rezultado.shop.
3. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the store receiving the returned goods.
4. Return of products is only possible if the item is in an undamaged condition.

§7 Complaints

1. The customer has the right to file a complaint if the product is defective or does not match the order.
2. Complaints should be submitted by email to: contact@rezultado.shop.
3. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days.

§8 Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

1. The controller of personal data is INVEST LIMITED LTD.
2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
3. The customer has the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their data.

§9 Final Provisions

1. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, European Union law shall apply.
2. The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes are effective from the moment they are published on the website.
3. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on July 2, 2025.
