Returns

1. Right of withdrawal Pursuant to the provisions of Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order – except in the legally excluded cases described below. ❗ Products excluded from the right of return: Due to the nature of the offered products (chemical compounds intended exclusively for research purposes), returns are not possible if:

• the product has been opened or unpacked from its sealed protective packaging,
• the product is a chemical substance sensitive to external conditions (light, temperature, moisture), the product has been even partially used, or cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.

👉 The products offered are intended solely for scientific, laboratory, or analytical purposes and are not intended for consumer use. 2. Return Policy (for eligible items) If the product has not been opened and is eligible for return:

• Inform us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of delivery by writing to contact@rezultado.shop,
• Return the product to the indicated address intact, in its original packaging,
• The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

3. Complaints If you receive:

• damaged product (e.g., broken vials),
• non-conformity with the order (e.g., different quantity or product),

please contact customer service at contact@rezultado.shop within 3 days of delivery. Complaints are reviewed within a maximum of 7 business days. In justified cases, we offer:

• re-shipment of the goods at our expense,
• partial or full refund,
• discount coupon to be used on your next order.

4. Address for Returns and Complaints Return details will be sent individually after your request – do not return parcels without prior contact. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
