Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days of receiving payment or confirming a cash on delivery order.
Delivery options
We ship within the European Union, including:
- Poland:
- DPD / GLS / InPost courier
- InPost parcel locker
- Cash on delivery (cash on delivery)
- Other EU countries – delivery by international courier (DPD, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Shipments outside the EU are available after prior individual consultation.
Delivery time
- Poland: Delivery usually within 72 hours (3 business days) of dispatch.
- EU (other countries): 3 to 7 business days, depending on location.
- Packages are shipped from within the EU – customs duty-free.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place your order.
Discreet and secure packaging
- Parcels are neutrally packaged, with no markings to indicate their contents.
- Products are protected from temperature, moisture, and damage.
Responsibility and Tracking
After shipping, the customer receives a tracking number. The store is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, but we treat each case individually and provide full support.

Payment Deadline
For traditional bank transfers, please make payment within 3 business days of placing your order. Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in your order being canceled.
